Teemu Korpilahti
I'm a service, concept and user experience designer with a keen interest in analytics. More than fifteen years of work in a variety of roles have given me good insight into the design and development of online services.
I'm currently living in London and working as a design director at Crasman. I'm also a part time doctoral student at the Department of Visual Communication Design in Aalto University.

Experience
Design Director at Crasman, April 2023 - Present
Same old title, but fundamentally a new role. No longer in charge of managing employees directly, I am focusing my time on customer work in service/concept design and functional specifications. In addition to this, I am working to develop our designers' competences in the aforementioned fields and human centered design methods.
Design Director at Crasman, January 2018 - Present
In addition to working as the director of a team of eighteen experts, my work has concentrated on developing the design maturity of our company in such fields as human centric design, analytics, and accessibility. In select key accounts, my work consists of design management and concept design. I've had a key role in building a continuous and agile design process in these clients. I also participate in new business acquisition and sales as a design specialist. Key accounts have included such companies as Beely, Autotalo Laakkonen and subsidiaries of Kesko.
Lead Designer at Crasman, May 2015 - January 2018

I made my comeback to Crasman in 2012 in a completely different role. The projects we delivered included both the design and technical development of services.
